This is a trauma-informed space to come back into your body and your energy, to notice what’s present and allow yourself to experience it in a way that feels safe. Using a blend of intuitive energy work, Spinal Attunement, somatic awareness, Theta Healing, and emotional anatomy, we work together with what your system is carrying and what it’s naturally ready to explore and shift.

This isn’t about fixing or changing you, it’s about tuning in, listening to your body, and allowing its wisdom to guide the process. Sometimes that looks like subtle energetic shifts; other times, emotions, memories, or sensations may surface as your system unwinds tension it’s been holding.

The 90-minute but held virtually from the comfort of your own space. My virtual sessions are designed to offer the same depth, connection, and effectiveness as in-person sessions, all through the convenience of Zoom.

*Energy is not bound by physical proximity. In the same way that gravity affects distant objects in space or light travels across vast distances, energy can flow beyond our immediate surroundings. When you engage in energy healing, the energy you work with can reach the person you're working with, even if they are far away—across a city, country, or even an entire continent. This idea is rooted in the concept of non-locality(Law of Oneness), which suggests that particles or energy can be connected in ways that don’t require them to be near each other.

This energy healing session is for couples or any two people in any kind of relationship with another person that is seeking to bring openness, and harmony into their connection with each other. Receiving energy healing in relationship enhances and balances the energy of each person individually and together. During the session the couple is guided through a meditation and connection practices, like eye gazing, and receives energy healing lying side by side (even touching if desired.) And concludes with sharing their experience and hearts with each other. This encourages deeper emotional intimacy and vulnerability, builds trust, and improves communication skills.

Space clearing is energy healing for the spaces you spend the most time in. Your living/work space is constantly being impacted by energy. Your spaces are also an extension of your own energy and the people you share these spaces with. Just like people, the energy in our spaces absorb energetic residue that can build up and become stagnant over time. Space Clearing is a powerful tool for transforming the energy in your home, office or anywhere you feel the need for an energy shift. Energetic space clearing is recommended when moving into a new space, after life-changing transitions like divorce or death, or when you feel emotionally drained or have poor sleep. It is also beneficial to clear the space periodically, such as after a major illness, renovations, or to mark new beginnings like the start of a new year or project.

Just like people, even healthy pets can have occasional physical, emotional and mental imbalances that, if left untreated, can manifest physically as illness or dis-ease. Animals are much more sensitive to subtle energy than humans and this approach honors the animal as an equal partner in the healing process. A 30-minute reiki treatments can help maintain your pet’s natural state of well-being and balance which promotes the self-healing mechanisms in the animal's body.
