Hi, I’m Aimee! 

I am so excited you’ve found your way to my little healing corner of the Universe! :)

I’m a nature-loving, tree-hugging, fun-loving, Colorado native on a mission to build heart connections and spread LOVE. As an Intuitive, Master/Teacher Reiki Practitioner, Spinal Attunement Practitioner, and Energetic Wellness Mentor, I live to share and teach the profound benefits of energy medicine.

A little about me:

I've always been drawn to the profound mysteries of the human spirit and the interconnectedness of mind, body, and soul. Inspired by my own spiritual, health and wellness struggles, I began this path with the intention of my own personal development and living a healthy, authentic life. Along the way, I realized the profound connection our mind, body, and soul have. If one is out of alignment, it impacts the others. After experiencing profound healing and transformation, I was so inspired. I knew it was my soul’s purpose to share energy medicine to support others. It is my intention to promote your mind/body/soul healing by supporting you to tune into and awaken each of these areas of your life.

My Approach

In my offerings, I blend the wisdom of ancient healing practices with modern energetic techniques to create a space of deep healing and transformation. My intention is to empower you to tap into your body's innate wisdom, allowing you to heal and thrive on every level.
